The interview process was neither too hard nor too simple. Everyone interviewing was treated well. I enjoyed the atmosphere as well. They were professional and asked logical questions. They even offered water and encouraged me not to be nervous.

The interview started with a prerecorded video interview which I finished in late December. The questions were purely behavioral. Then, two months later, I got an email saying I was selected to interview for this position, which was a phone interview with a lower-level HR. She was polite and asked maybe 1 or 2 basic behavioral questions, and I got to ask questions. The next interview was with a higher-level HR person who connected me with the hiring manager for a Data Analyst position. After the third interview, my fourth and final interview was set up with a Senior Data Analyst at the Tempe, Arizona office. They scheduled the interview, sent a Google Calendar invite with the interview time, and provided a Zoom video interview link (due to COVID-19). However, one day before the interview, they cancelled it, stating that the hiring manager cancelled the position for personal reasons. What a tease.
