It was an easy interview. They didn't ask a lot of questions. They wanted to know what I knew about the company and my thoughts on why they should hire me. We talked about my weaknesses and strengths, when I could start, and my salary expectations. They also asked me to describe a situation where I was under pressure.

I applied for the job and pretty quickly got hit up for a video interview with questions that were already recorded. A week later, they called to set up an in-person interview at their office in Clearwater, which was scheduled for 2 weeks out. They sent me an email with the names of the 4 people who would interview me, so I checked them out on LinkedIn. When I got to the interview (with 5 copies of my resume), only 2 people from Sales actually interviewed me, and only one of them was from the email. It was kind of awkward because the two interviewers seemed like old pals, and I felt like the outsider they weren't thrilled to have there. But then the interview started, and they wanted to know a lot about the position, even though the job posting wasn't very clear - they seemed bummed I didn't know every detail. After I explained what I thought the role involved, one interviewer condescendingly said I missed a lot of aspects and listed things not even in the job description. Then they asked some situational questions, and after that, I was sent upstairs to the Sales Floor to learn how to input data into SAP. A Sales Rep showed me how to do it without much enthusiasm, then had me do 3 practice runs myself and send sample emails. They said I'd hear back in 7-10 days.

First, you'll do a practical assessment where they show you their order management system, then give you an order to go through. You can ask questions if you need to. After that, there's a group interview with managers from different regions, and they ask pretty standard interview questions. They mention the company operates all over the USA and the shifts are 11 AM to 8 PM EST, but you won't know your specific shift until you're placed on a team after training.

  • Would you be okay working from 11 AM to 8 PM EST?
