The interview process included a video interview followed by a Skype interview. Some interns had in-person interviews at the Clearwater campus. Overall, the interview process was pretty relaxed and conversational, although the first video interview felt a bit awkward.

The hiring and interview process was straightforward. They did a phone screen before the in-person interview. The HR process for setting up the in-person interviews was a mess; they initially scheduled me with a Marketing manager for an IT Intern role, but they got it right the second time. The interview itself was simple. They asked questions about my previous experience and my familiarity with the technologies they were interested in.
