Applied online and then had a video interview a few days later where I answered about 5-6 basic questions recorded via webcam. After that, I was invited for an onsite interview. They were unprepared for me since they mentioned it was supposed to be a phone interview. It involved easy questions about my work history and experience. My first interviewer had another meeting, so I was passed to a recruiter for more questions to fill the time. I didn't hear back after the interview and my follow-ups to HR went unanswered. It was a very unprofessional experience.

Had a phone interview first, kinda awkward cuz the HR recruiter wasn't the best communicator. Then an in-person interview that was way more chill and lasted about an hour. They called two weeks later with the offer, which felt like a really long time to wait.

The interview process was brief and not very detailed, likely because the job description was vague and they urgently needed to fill the role. When I asked for more information, the interviewer's responses were general. While the interview itself was friendly, I've heard experiences can differ depending on the department and manager. It turned out the manager who was supposed to interview me was sick, but they proceeded with the interview anyway because hiring was urgent.
