Behavioral Presentation

I applied in February and got a surprise phone call for an interview in April. They mentioned they hold applications until they need someone. The entire process was very laid-back, and the manager kept me updated throughout. After the interview, they quickly offered me the job, and the manager seemed really eager to have me join. Everything about the process felt comfortable, and I'm looking forward to starting.

I went in and asked if they were hiring, and they offered me a Team Lead interview right away after I talked about my experience (sales and customer service). I came back for a face to face interview a few days later, and they called me later that week to offer me the job.

Behavioral Other

Applied for Manager-in-Training, but they needed a Team Lead instead. Since I hadn't managed before, I needed to get that experience first. My retail sales associate background helped. They kept saying I was applying for the Team Lead role, not Manager-in-Training.
