It starts with a basic HR screen, then you meet the hiring manager, and then you'll do a mock demo. The VP might join the demo call too. If they want to offer you the job, it'll be contingent on a background check. Just do your standard prep and you should be good.

I had a first interview which went well, and they said I'd meet with the department manager. When I had the next interview, it started with someone different than I was told, but then the second manager joined a bit later. It was going alright until they asked me to do a mock cold call on the spot. I wasn't warned about this at all, so I was totally unprepared and surprised. In my past jobs, when they want a mock cold call, I've always been told ahead of time so I could get ready. I didn't think this was a good candidate experience and it gave me a bad feeling about the company.

It began with a regular phone screen, and after that, I talked to someone from their team. The whole process moved really quickly and without any hitches. But then, after talking to the team member, I never heard back from them. I was pretty bummed that nobody from Team Snap bothered to send even a rejection email. It's kind of wild that a company like this, which talks so much about its values, doesn't even bother to acknowledge or communicate with applicants they don't select. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
