First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TeamHealth.
Recruiting Specialist
The whole process was incredibly frustrating. After applying, I waited three weeks for a response. The recruiter who eventually reached out went on PTO before our scheduled call, so I spoke with someone else who was really nice. I then met with the hiring manager, who seemed disorganized and complained about the previous person in the role. She asked basic questions about my software skills. I was prepared for behavioral questions, but none were asked. The interview felt unprepared. She mentioned going on PTO but wanted to continue and asked for my availability for another interview, then ghosted me. After I followed up multiple times, the original recruiter told me I was still being considered, so I sent an updated resume and a new certification. After another follow-up, I got a generic rejection email. All that effort for nothing, with no explanation or professionalism shown. It showed me how disorganized and careless the internal team is with candidates. I would have hesitated to accept the job even if offered, given how poorly this was handled.

Applied and heard back after three weeks. Recruiter went on PTO, so spoke with someone else who was great. Then moved to the hiring manager who seemed disorganized and spoke negatively about the previous person. Asked really basic questions like if I knew MS Word. I was prepped for STAR questions, but none were asked. The whole thing felt thrown together. She was also going on PTO but wanted to move forward and asked for my availability for another interview, then ghosted me. Reached out to the first recruiter who said I was still being considered. Sent updated resume, new cert, and recommendation letter. Followed up again and got a generic rejection email the next morning. Two months wasted, no closure, no professionalism. Shows how disorganized and careless the internal team is. If I got an offer, I would have reconsidered accepting based on this.

Scheduling the interview took a while, and there were almost four weeks between my two interviews. The company seemed to be indecisive about their hiring strategy. One of the managers really liked me and wanted to hire me, but another group of people thought I wasn't a good fit. It was just a very back-and-forth experience, but I don't have any hard feelings towards the company.
