I had a brief 10-20 minute call with the recruiter where we discussed my background and my job search motivations. After that, I was told I'd need to complete an assessment focused on logic, pattern matching, and some math problems to evaluate my problem-solving skills. They suggested practicing beforehand, which I did. I then took the assessment but never heard back from the company, which felt like a waste of time.

I didn't get hired but I did go through the interview. First, I spoke with the recruiter, and the talk and the questions went really well. Then, there was an assessment, and you either moved on or you didn't, based on how you did. The assessment didn't seem related to the job at all, and you don't even get to see your score or any feedback, which was a bummer. It seems like a good company, but the interview process was kinda weird.

So the whole process was three rounds. First round was a quick chat with the recruiter/HR/People Ops person that found me on LinkedIn. Second round was with the hiring manager. Third round was with the VP over the department. The second round also involved a small task that took under 30 minutes to complete. They also had me do a personality assessment and an aptitude assessment somewhere in there. Honestly, TeamDynamix was super organized and fast with updates, the best I experienced.

Behavioral Presentation

Applied online and got a call for an initial phone screen to learn more about the role. Then, I was invited for an onsite interview day. This included a 30-minute chat with two people currently in the role, two short presentations (about 5 mins each) to sales and marketing folks, and finally, a 30-minute interview with the VP of Sales. The whole thing was pretty easygoing, and people were helpful. The presentations were a bit tough, but manageable if you prep and do your homework.
