Event Manager
So I found out about this job through a friend and applied online. HR reached out in like 4 days for a phone chat, where they explained the role and we talked about my background. Then I had another phone screen, this time with the hiring manager. We went over my resume again and they asked more questions. A few days later, I went in person to meet with the hiring manager and the client. It was about a 45-minute meeting with a lot of situational questions. I got the offer about a week after that.

Event Manager
I had my first interview with the Team Enterprises manager at a hotel in New Orleans. He really dug into the job description, what he needed for the role, and the actual day-to-day tasks. Then, I had a second interview with the clients, Bacardi, where I spoke with both Market managers. They were also super clear about the job needs and what they were looking for in an event manager. Finally, I had a third interview with the distributor, RNDC, and they asked similar in-depth questions about me and their expectations for the event manager. It was a good overall experience, actually, as it helped me sharpen my interviewing skills.

Events Manager
Had an initial phone call with HR to go over the job duties and pay. Then, I had two more interviews online with different managers. They were quick to schedule because they really need to hire someone fast right now.
