First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TEAM.
Digital Content Producer
I had three interviews with nice people who were excited about the role. The company culture seems fun. After the third interview, I had to do a project where I coordinated a real photoshoot for a client. I had to get photographer, art director, and venue availabilities and negotiate prices. They liked my work and said HR would contact me, but then I was ghosted. It felt like an unethical assignment.
- Can you share your general background?
- Could you discuss your past job experiences?
Promotions Specialist
I submitted an online application and the hiring manager reached out within a day or two. We had a phone and Facetime interview where they asked about my past work experience in similar roles. The manager explained the job duties and company background. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Afterwards, I got an email with a link to complete online forms for HR and Payroll. Once those were done, I was cleared to start. The entire process took about a week.
- Can you share your experience in the promo industry and any related work?
- Are you available to work shifts during days, nights, and weekends?
- Is your transportation reliable?
Brand Ambassador
It started with a phone chat that was pretty laid back and comfortable. I got to chat with the hiring manager, and they gave a really good overview of what the job entails. After that, there was a panel interview with both the client and the hiring manager. It was a calm setting and mostly involved standard interview questions. They really emphasize confidence in your answers and wanted to see how you'd apply that to real-world scenarios.
- The questions asked weren't difficult and there weren't any surprises.
Promotion Specialist
I saw the posting on Craig's List and sent in my resume, cover letter, and some photos to the HR director. She got back to me really fast, within an hour, for an interview. We were supposed to meet in person, but our schedules didn't work out, so she just called me on the phone. I got hired right then and there.
- Why are you interested in promotions?
- What relevant experience do you possess?
