The interview process went very smoothly. I had plenty of time to talk about myself, and they clearly explained what they were looking for. It was a good back-and-forth for questions. I spent about 45 minutes showing my past work and talking about my passion for design. Leaving the interview, I felt they really understood who I was.

The hiring process was really smooth and a great experience overall. I applied online and then the Talent Manager reached out to set up a phone interview. It was a pretty in-depth call where I got to talk about my work history, what I liked about my previous jobs, and what I'm looking to do next. I felt good about how it went. Soon after, we set up an in-person interview for that same week. I met with the Creative Director, and we chatted for a bit about my portfolio, what the job would involve, and he gave me an idea of the kinds of projects the creative teams typically tackle. The Talent Manager got back to me quickly about what happens next.

Behavioral Technical

Had a phone interview with HR that was pretty laid back, like a casual chat for about half an hour. Then, there was an in-person interview that went for about an hour and a half. It included a portfolio review, general interview questions, a tour of the office, and some paperwork. The people there were the HR Rep, Chief Creative Officer, and Production Manager.
