Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Team One.
Intern
The interviewer was nice and friendly the whole time. They asked some preliminary questions about my resume and checked my interest in the advertising industry. The only main question was about how I handle stress.
- Can you explain what _____ on your resume refers to?
- What makes you interested in the advertising industry?
- How do you manage when you're in a stressful situation?
Intern
I applied online for the summer internship and there was a questionnaire as part of the application. It asked things like how social media affects the PR industry and why Team One should hire me. On the interview day, I was placed into different practice areas like media, creative, or account planning. I then interviewed with two SAEs in Media Planning, where we talked about my resume, experience, and behavioral questions.
- Can you describe a time you disagreed with a teammate and how you handled it?
Intern
Had a 30-minute phone call interview with 3 people I would be working with. It was mainly to see if they thought I would like the internship. They talked a lot about what my responsibilities would be.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
- Tell me about yourself.
