Sales Representative
It was a very informative and professional process, and straight to the point. I knew exactly what I would be doing after the interview, and they call you back quickly. You start quickly. It's a very easy process.
- What can you offer this company?
- Do you see yourself advancing within the company?
Sales
They will inquire about your long-term ambitions, work ethic, and integrity. They want to know your future aspirations and desired roles to see if they align with the company's job openings. The process starts with a phone interview with Gina. Next, there's an in-office interview with Jeff, the owner. Finally, you'll interview with a team leader or account manager. Input from everyone is used to make the hiring decision.
- Are you aiming for career advancement or to be a CEO?
- What are your available working hours?
Sales Representative
There were two rounds of interviews. The first was a formal interview, and the second was an in-the-field experience where they showed me what the job entails and helped me figure out if it was a good fit for me. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and wanted me to succeed.
- What are your long-term goals?
