Leadership Development Program
The interview process started with a phone screening, then a super quick Skype call (round two), and finally, a very laid-back in-person interview for the last round. Getting through it wasn't tough, though the staff wasn't exactly professional. Turns out the job is all about learning to sell product plans in places like CostCo or wherever they assign you. They hype it up to be more exciting than it is, with all the real money going to Jeff at the top.
- Tell me about your sales experience.
- How would you fit into our company culture?
Sales
They will inquire about your long-term ambitions, work ethic, and integrity. They want to know your future aspirations and desired roles to see if they align with the company's job openings. The process starts with a phone interview with Gina. Next, there's an in-office interview with Jeff, the owner. Finally, you'll interview with a team leader or account manager. Input from everyone is used to make the hiring decision.
- Are you aiming for career advancement or to be a CEO?
- What are your available working hours?
Sales Recruiter
BEWARE, DO YOUR RESEARCH. Since we are going to be transparent and you know exactly who I am, is that supposed to be some kind of threat? Real professional Team DFW. I will leave an additional review based off Team DFWs response. Second, If we are being transparent, how is there only one role a candidate apply to? Why do you have an account manger position, account representative, marketing and recruiter roles open for your company? Be transparent, stop "leading" people on and state that you are only hiring for an entry level sales representative position instead of wasting candidates time. Third, why would you not cover everything in the first interview about your company and what you do? Who taught you guys how to hire this way. PLEASE PLEASE, go back to one of your seminars and learn another way to interview candidates or at least ask. Makes no sense not to give information about "your company". For the second interview, I was told I was going to be shadowing over the phone. If sales wasn't for me, why waste my time and bring me in for a second interview if you only have one position all candidates are applying to? You see how you guys just contradicted yourself and are really functioning poorly on the hiring side? Last, STOP WASTING CANDIDATES TIME POINT BLANK. I hope you find the right candidates for your Entry Level Sales Rep job. My only other comment is based off the comment that was "deleted" somehow. After arriving promptly to my second interview for "shadowing", I sat and waited nearly 30 minutes before given attention to. So from there, yes! I decided I wanted to go through with the rest of the process just to see what you guys had to say thus leading to my first review. Thanks for wasting my time "TEAM DFW"

Sales and Marketing Associate
The interview process was great. Jeff was a really genuine, caring, and engaging person who made the interview feel more like a conversation between friends! They asked about me as a person, my goals and vision for myself among other things.
- Could you tell me about your career goals?
