Account Manager
The whole interview process takes up two days. The first interview is pretty quick, around 15-20 minutes with either the branch manager or HR. They'll call you later that same day to let you know if you're moving on to the second interview. The second interview is with an Account Manager and a recent hire. This one is more about why you applied and what you're looking for in the job. They'll also go over your resume and ask some personal questions. They'll bring up a survey you did on the first day and ask about your choices, then break down the Law of Averages. Finally, they'll ask if you have questions, and then you'll go watch the recent hire and account manager do their jobs.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Account Manager
It was a pretty straightforward interview process. They have 2 main parts to it. In the second part, you shadow an existing account manager to see what a typical workday is like.
- Can you describe your strengths?
- What about your weaknesses?
- What sales experience do you have?
Account Manager
This was a fantastic chance. I got to collaborate with individuals who are really committed and enthusiastic about their professional journeys. Sales can be tough, but this team handles it with great respect and a unique outlook. Their daily encouragement and work atmosphere really boosted my confidence and positivity, giving me a stronger mindset. I'd suggest Team 210 to anyone tired of just having a casual job and looking for a real career. The environment they foster truly helps you excel, instilling an 'unrelenting belief' in yourself and your values.
- How can we make this a success?
