I put in my application on Monster and heard back within a day or two to schedule an interview. The process was really good and professional. The office is nice but still feels down to earth. After my first interview, they actually called me that same afternoon to let me know I was moving on to the next round. I had a second interview scheduled a few days later, but I had to cancel last minute because of a family emergency.

The recruiter, Vanessa, called me first and she was really great! Her energy made me instantly interested in the company. The first interview was with the CEO, it was shorter than I thought but a good one-on-one where I learned about the company and how it grows. I was then invited back for a second interview to shadow an actual account executive who was really good at sales and made it seem easy. The third and final interview was back with the CEO. She asked me questions about my day, leadership, and if I was paying attention during the shadowing. I think I did well because I got offered the job!

The whole interview process takes up two days. The first interview is pretty quick, around 15-20 minutes with either the branch manager or HR. They'll call you later that same day to let you know if you're moving on to the second interview. The second interview is with an Account Manager and a recent hire. This one is more about why you applied and what you're looking for in the job. They'll also go over your resume and ask some personal questions. They'll bring up a survey you did on the first day and ask about your choices, then break down the Law of Averages. Finally, they'll ask if you have questions, and then you'll go watch the recent hire and account manager do their jobs.

There were two interviews in total. They didn't tell me upfront that the job was to sell cable at Walmart locations in San Antonio.
