- Could you perform a SWOT analysis?
Recruitment Consultant
I filled out an online application, and then they called me a few days later for the first interview to discuss the job. If I had got through, I believe there would have been a second interview in person. As it happened, I did not have much time to talk since they called me out of the blue while I was not home. They asked me to call them back a couple of days later, but when I did they did not pick up and then rejected my application.
- What motivates your interest in becoming a recruitment consultant?
Recruitment Consultant
So first there was a phone call where they asked me some questions about myself and why I'm interested in recruitment. Then I had a one-on-one meeting that was about an hour and a half long. They really seemed to focus on my weaknesses and used a pretty tough approach. I was invited to a second interview with managers, but I haven't done that yet. After that, you meet with more senior people and I think you have to present something.
- Can you describe a challenging situation you encountered and explain how you managed it?
