I filled out an online application, and then they called me a few days later for the first interview to discuss the job. If I had got through, I believe there would have been a second interview in person. As it happened, I did not have much time to talk since they called me out of the blue while I was not home. They asked me to call them back a couple of days later, but when I did they did not pick up and then rejected my application.
