I've interviewed with TE connectivity three separate times for a mechanical engineering intern role. Two of those times were right after a career fair at Penn State, and one was over the phone. The second time I interviewed, they told me I was moving on, but I never heard back. It was pretty standard STAR format behavioral questions.

They contacted me for an onsite interview after receiving my online application through campus recruiting. It was a general interview mostly. I met with some engineers and the HR. It lasted one and a half hours. It was a great experience learning about the company. One of the engineers showed me the products they manufacture and how they do it.

It was pretty simple and straight forward, a one on one chat focusing on your speaking and presentation skills. They asked some behavioral questions too, and did a background check. The interview was resume based, and they wanted to know about mechanical basics and metallurgy, ribs, casting, manufacturing skills and fundamentals, and social etiquettes.
