The interview process started with a phone call by HR, conducted entirely in English. They mostly went over my resume, but specifically asked about my past work experiences relevant to the role and my salary expectations. After about a week, HR set up a second round with the section manager at the TE office. This involved some technical questions and a salary confirmation. Two weeks later, I had a conference call with the director in the US.
