The first interview was a call where they asked me about my CV, general knowledge on sustainability, my education, and about the company. Then there was a second call with HR where they made an offer and asked about my availability to start and my permit status as a student. The third stage was more hiring process stuff, another call with HR, and then I got emails with the offer and later with the contract and information.

So I got a call from TA, and they told me the interview is in Bangalore, and I had to arrange my travel. They gave me a week to decide. No details about the role were given. A week later, I got another call where I asked my doubts and they told me the interview is on May 3rd, no tests, just one technical and one HR round. They said the internship is 9 months to 1 year, with potential for extension based on performance, salary 25-30K, and offer on the same day. The day before, another TA called and changed the duration to 6 months max, and said they'd place me on any project based on performance, hybrid working, just one round (Tech + HR), and offer same day. I traveled to Bangalore. At the office, I registered and saw they do walk-ins daily for 50-60 people. My slot was 10 am to 12 pm. Resumes were collected, and interviews started at 10:30 am. I was called into a room with 3 interviewers: 1 HR and 2 Senior Technical Recruiters. They asked about my resume, and I answered. I asked about the role, and they said 3-4 months only, office working. I thought I did well. They asked me to wait 30 mins. The interview was 20-25 mins. They said I did well and to wait. Then, two more recruiters interviewed me, which was surprising as I was told only one round. They asked in-depth about my resume, starting easy and going hard with questions I didn't know. They interrupted me and seemed uninterested, talking amongst themselves or using phones. Questions included explaining a real-world problem with methodology, libraries, and whiteboard coding from start to finish. They weren't satisfied and then asked company and HR questions. They seemed like they wouldn't hire anyone. This interview was also 20-25 mins. I left disappointed, but was told there'd be another round. Then I saw 5 other candidates called by HR. I waited, was called, and told 'You are done for the day. You may leave. We will inform you ASAP'. No further explanation, and they left. No response after trying to call. They waste your time and lie about the process, never getting back to you. Similar reviews exist.

I saw the internship opening on my university's job board and sent my CV via email. About a month later, after they'd reviewed applications, I got a call for a phone interview. It was pretty relaxed, and after that, I was invited for a final in-person interview at one of their offices. While touring the place, various team members interviewed me and asked me questions about their products to see how well I observed and thought critically. I also got to chat with current employees in the same role about their experiences. They made it a really good experience overall.
