Case Technical Behavioral

I interviewed in late August 2019. There were over 3 rounds: HR Screening, Case Study, Technical Round, and finally an HRBP Round. I passed the initial HR screening, the Case Study, and the Technical Round. Unfortunately, I didn't clear the final HR round with HRBP Reshma, who was quite stubborn and impolite. I answered all her questions truthfully. Even though I aced the case study, passed the technical interview, and the hiring manager agreed on my desired salary, my application was rejected for an odd reason. The recruiter didn't even bother to update me on my status until I found out through my own channels. The technical folks were great, but the HR team seemed biased.

Behavioral

I met a TE Connectivity HR rep at an online career fair from my university in November. They reviewed my resume and we set up a call. I had a phone interview at the end of December and then another one in late January for two different internship spots. After that, they had me come in for an in-person interview at their Harrisburg location. The interview was about 45 minutes, and they mentioned they'd let me know within a week or two, and that the longer it took, the better my chances were. I got an email from the HR rep a couple of hours after the interview saying they'd be extending an official offer the next day.
