First, they administered two tests, one on logic and another on computer architecture and IoT knowledge, requiring at least 7 correct answers on each. The next day, there was an interview, where two very friendly women asked some light questions, making the experience quite comfortable.

Applied via university/online. Had a phone chat with HR, and then they immediately set up an on-site interview. The on-site was with two people. Got contacted a week later with an offer, but declined because it felt like they were really pushing and it wasn't quite what I was looking for.
