Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TDS Telecommunications.
Intern
It was pretty laidback, with standard questions. A good part of the interview involved the interviewers explaining the business and your potential role. You'll also be in a panel where two people take turns asking questions.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a conflict?
Intern
The interview experience was generally positive, with a kind interviewer. While the initial questions weren't the best, the overall interview was decent (B+). However, I wouldn't want to be interviewed again, as the questionnaire felt pointless.
- What aspects of your major made you stand out?
Intern
The recruiter was great. The process was straightforward. There was no offer. You can ask the recruiter why you failed to gain more experience. The supervisors work from home, so I think the style is great if you get the chance to join.
