Engineer
We had an initial screening with HR, followed by a technical interview with the team. The technical part focused on basic MEMS sensor concepts. The team is technically very strong. The process moved pretty fast.
- How does the sensor operate?
MEMS Design Engineer
The Milan office interview process has two steps. On the first day, there's an interview focused on your expertise, with some basic technical questions about MEMS devices and their governing laws. You also have a short interview with the managing board to discuss your MEMS knowledge and your understanding of their company's activities. The second interview is mainly about their offer and more details on your tasks; I wasn't invited to this part.
- What is the equation of motion for a 2DOF system?
MEMS Design Engineer
The recruiter will reach out first and then schedule interviews. It usually involves a Skype interview followed by an onsite visit. Expect around 4-5 hours of back-to-back interviews with the Hiring Manager, Director of Engineering, design engineers, Product Engineer, and VP Engineer.
- Are you prepared to answer basic technical questions?
- Can you solve problems while being on camera?
