Applied on a job portal and got contacted within a week by recruiters who seemed to be looking for local candidates. Had a first on-site round with the hiring manager which was a basic get-to-know-you session with one technical question on bit manipulation and the rest on my resume. I was told I'd be called for the next round and the recruiter would be in touch. After two weeks, I was called for the second round, which consisted of four 45-minute interviews with senior team members. Two of these interviews focused on coding (C/C++), puzzles, and resume questions. The other two covered basic physics theories, MEMS, and some coding.

First up was a one-on-one where I had to pick a project, do a presentation, and answer some basic follow-up questions. It felt easy if you knew the fundamentals. The second round involved a call with the director where they asked some basic questions about LDOs. Specifically, how to convince a systems engineer about given LDO specs and their trade-offs, and how to enhance achieved specs.

After a phone screen with the hiring manager, I was called in for an onsite interview. The onsite was pretty bad, to be honest. Most of the interviewers were late, some by more than 20 minutes. One guy was on his phone the whole time and didn't even make eye contact. Another interviewer from a different team asked totally irrelevant questions and seemed to be trying to make me fail. I wouldn't recommend this company; the people just aren't professional.

I was expecting multiple interview rounds based on my research for internship interviews, probably one with HR and then another with engineers. But, I ended up having just one 30-minute session where a group of engineers interviewed me. It was a really positive and welcoming experience, honestly the best I've had in my 3 months of applying. The interviewers were super nice and made an effort to help me out.
