First you apply, and if you fit the profile, you'll get a video interview. The system is pretty old, so lots of people get rejected automatically because they can't get past the filters. If you manage to get through that, you'll have an hour-long interview with two managers for 30 minutes. If that goes well, you'll meet another employee to check your tech skills. If you pass this, you're hired, but even if you don't, the managers might still like you and you could get an offer.
