Solution Architect
The interview process started with a recruiter reaching out to me from outside of Sweden. Then, I had a second interview with a team member, followed by a final interview that focused on my technical background and previous work history. After what seemed like the final stage, there was silence for over four weeks. I reached out multiple times but got no response. Finally, after five weeks, I got a short message saying I was rejected. It's unprofessional to keep candidates waiting like this. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend applying. The process felt disorganized, and the company didn't seem engaged or like an exciting place to work.

Marketing Executive
The interview process had 3 stages: first a screening call with the recruiter, then a call with the senior marketing manager and marketing manager, and finally an in-person interview where I had to present a task. I was asked about my experience with copywriting for landing pages, organizing events, and marketing initiatives like creating emails, newsletters, digital banners, and social media posts, as well as general skills.

Compensation Analyst
The recruiter was great, but the hiring manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. During a final stage interview, I asked for clarification on some wording. Instead of explaining, they insulted and belittled me, suggesting I wasn't suited for this field and should consider marketing or recruiting, despite my current successful role elsewhere. I offered to end the interview early, but they insisted I stay, not to ask questions, but to endure further insults. This experience made me not only unwilling to join the team but also to do business with the company.

Data Scientist
So I got an email first asking me to answer some questions about my skills and experience. Then like two weeks later, I got selected for a first-round interview and could pick a date. But on the interview day, I couldn't get into the meeting. I waited and tried for 15 minutes, but kept getting a message that the meeting wasn't started. I emailed the recruiter, and they said they were waiting for me. I explained what happened, and they thought it might be a Teams bug and said they'd send a new link. It's been over a week and still no link, so I guess that's it.
