Technical Case Presentation

I had one round with 2 associates first. Then, I went through a superday, which had 3 back-to-back interviews with MDs. After that, there was a case round that included an LBO and a presentation. I also had to do a debrief following the case round.

Group Behavioral Technical

The process moved quickly. It included standard behavioral and technical questions, and the interviewers were friendly. The first round was a group interview with Analysts and Associates. The second round consisted of two separate interviews, one with an Associate and another with a VP. I'd suggest brushing up on technicals if you're rusty.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process involved some basic technical questions like what EBITDA is, questions about financial statements, and a few behavioral questions about what I do in my free time. They also asked what a fairness opinion is, which isn't a super common question. Overall, it wasn't a very difficult interview.
