It was a quick interview process, very straightforward, and I got a verbal offer right away. The paperwork was all online, which was super easy, and the HR team was really helpful with everything. They were always quick to respond and made me feel welcome from the start.

The interview started with a 45-minute Microsoft Teams meeting with the HR team. They asked about my background and why I'm looking for a new job. It turned out to be a group interview with multiple team members, which I wasn't told about beforehand. It's important that everyone involved is disclosed upfront. One person did most of the talking, while another just sat there and stared, only asking one question. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview. The next step is an in-person interview at the office.

Had a 20 min call with HR, they asked if I could do 5 days in office and overtime. Also asked about salary expectations, which I think were too high for an entry role. Then there was a language test, which HR called 'verbal' but it was actually reading text on Zoom and answering questions in English. Finally, a panel with 3 people, the director was nice. I stumbled on some technical questions but it wasn't too bad. The job description didn't match the interview at all, so an example I gave about success was irrelevant to them.

So after I applied and sent in my stuff, they got in touch and wanted me to do this test. If I passed that, then I could have an in-person interview. The test wasn't too hard, actually. It had two parts where I had to find information about people and companies online. I passed the test, and then they invited me for the interview. The people there were really nice and just asked me about my past work.
