Call Center Representative
First there was a phone interview, then a video interview, and then a simple language test. They ask a lot of experience-based questions and want examples. Like, tell us about the most difficult case you resolved, or how you handle difficult customers, or what you do generally.
- What is your perspective on your career path at TD Bank?
Customer Service Representative
They had an online test which gave you a score, and based on that score you were approved for the next step. Some of the test questions were pretty hard, and having some prior banking experience might have helped. The interview was with the branch manager and the assistant branch manager. They were pretty flexible with scheduling at the time since there was a mix of full-time and part-time staff at the branch.
- What makes you want to join TD?
- What strengths do you possess that would be valuable for this role?
Customer Service Representative
The manager mentioned they were looking for someone with prior experience working in the usa, which I didn't have, even though I had experience in other countries. They explained the job and what to expect. I answered all their questions, but wasn't selected because it was my first time working in the country. It's hard to get experience if we don't get a chance.
- Can you give an example of a challenge you faced?
