Customer Service Representative
The interview was online. First, they asked me to introduce myself. Then, they went through my CV and asked if I had any customer service experience. Finally, there was a language test where I had to translate a script into another language.
- You will be given a script in English and must translate it into another language within 30 seconds, simulating a real call.
Customer Service Representative
The hiring process was really smooth, no problems at all getting through it. It felt pretty simple compared to how other banks go about hiring. I'd definitely suggest it if you're serious about the role. Not much else to add about how it went.
- What did you like about it?
Customer Service Representative
The interviewers were kind and asked basic questions. It was mostly behavioral and technical. You should have good knowledge about customer service as there were many customer service-based questions on your experience.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded customer expectations?
