Assistant Manager
The standard process for interviews typically includes an online assessment or aptitude test, which is more common for freshers but sometimes used for laterals too. This is followed by a technical interview, then a managerial interview, and finally an HR interview. After these stages, there's a background verification (BGV) process, and if all goes well, you'll receive an offer letter and move into onboarding.
- Can you explain the real-time process of BGP?
Management Trainee
For freshers, interviewers often start by asking about any relevant experience mentioned on the resume, if there is any. If no prior experience is listed, they usually move to discussing the student's academic curriculum, projects worked on, and other details from the resume, letting the candidate talk about their skills, strengths, and how ready they are for the role.
- Could you detail your academic projects and the learnings derived from them?
Management Trainee
You can also crack the interview rounds if you can remain calm and confident without showing any disrespect to the panel. The interview is not impossible to crack and with the right preparation, it can be achieved.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
- What are your skillsets?
- Can you discuss a case study?
