For experienced folks applying to TCS, the interview process usually starts with a technical test, which could be online or written. After that, there's a technical interview where they'll dig into your knowledge of the specific field you're applying for, check your coding skills, and talk about your past projects. Finally, an HR interview happens to see how well you communicate, your general attitude, and if you'd be a good fit for the company.

The interview journey started with an Assessment Round where they tested my problem-solving and analytical skills with aptitude tests, logical reasoning, and verbal ability questions. Then, a Coding Round followed, which tested my programming skills, requiring me to solve coding problems in a set time using languages like Java, C++, or Python. Finally, there was an HR Round, which was more of a conversation about my personality, communication skills, and how well I'd fit with the company culture. It felt like a positive interaction.
