Technical Coding System Design Behavioral

The interview process includes a technical round that dives into coding, system design, and problem-solving related to your domain like Java, Angular, and databases, with practical or hands-on tasks. Then there's a managerial round to assess leadership, decision-making, teamwork, and project experience by discussing real scenarios and how you handled challenges and delivered results under pressure. Lastly, an HR round checks your notice period, salary expectations, relocation status, and cultural fit, looking at communication, attitude, and long-term alignment with the company.

It was an easy interview, not difficult questions, and I explained my earlier experience. Very basic questions about the consulting role. The interview process was very easy. Basic knowledge is enough and communication is very important.

Technical Behavioral

It was a really well-organized and planned interview. The first round took about 30 minutes, where someone from the project team asked me general and technical questions. After that, within a few days, I got a call for the second and final round with a manager. They asked some general questions and my salary expectations. That was it. I got the offer a couple of days later.
