First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TCS.
Associate
So, at TCS, the interview process was pretty thorough. First, there was a written test for aptitude. Then, a technical interview where they checked my coding and fundamental knowledge. After that, a manager interview to see how I handle problems and different situations. Lastly, the HR interview focused on my behavior and if I'd fit into the company. It felt like a well-organized and informative process overall.

They asked me to introduce myself first, then asked questions based on my resume. After that, they asked some questions on CS core concepts. In my resume, I mentioned Kotlin, so they asked me questions on Kotlin, like what is REST API and similar questions. The interviewer didn't like that I didn't know JavaScript. Final verdict: rejection.
