Sales Associate
The interview process had two steps. First, I met with the store manager, who was really cool and had a positive energy. Then, the second interview was with the district manager.

After an online application and a phone interview, they send you to a location to interview. It was a nice pleasant interview process, they give you two-three interviews and then you train at a training store for three weeks before they send you for more training to your actual location.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
Sales Associate
So first there's a phone screening, then they set up an interview with the Manager or District Manager, and then you finalize with the VP interview. Once you interview with them, they'll send you to training, which is 3 weeks at a training store near your home store. After that, you go into your store for a final week of training. You only get paid $7.25 for training until you're a full member of the store.
