Behavioral Case

So first there's a phone screening, then they set up an interview with the Manager or District Manager, and then you finalize with the VP interview. Once you interview with them, they'll send you to training, which is 3 weeks at a training store near your home store. After that, you go into your store for a final week of training. You only get paid $7.25 for training until you're a full member of the store.
