Project Manager Intern
The interview process was very smooth. The interviewers were nice, and the questions were relevant. It focused mostly on behavioral questions, with no technical questions at all. It took one hour. I was interviewed by three people from the same team.
- How would you handle stress?
Project Controller
They say they want someone with 0 years of experience but then they throw someone away for being nervous in an interview. Waste of time for a recruiter to put so much time into this.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Project Manager
So, first I had this phone chat with the internal recruiter. We chatted for like an hour about my background and what this job was all about. She seemed pretty confident they'd want to move forward, said she'd email me in a few days to confirm. Two days later, we set up a trip to Omaha for the onsite interview. They sorted out the travel and hotel stuff pretty easily. The actual onsite interview was a bit unusual. It was scheduled for 5:30pm at the office. I went into this interview room, and it was just me on one side of the table, with the HR Manager and two other Senior Managers across from me. I'm usually cool in interviews, but I'd never seen this setup before. They each had this packet of questions, about 7 pages long, and they just read them to me while writing down my answers. Some questions felt repeated and were so unclear, their communication felt really robotic.
- Be ready for a 3-on-1 interview format.
- The questions themselves are not difficult, but the format is what you should prepare for.
