The interview process was very relaxed. They asked standard questions about my background and work history. Five people interviewed me, and they were friendly, not pressuring. I appreciated that there were no situational questions. The overall experience felt very positive.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed for one of 30 EIT positions. The process involved two rounds of interviews. The first round was a casual meeting with an HR representative and two project managers. They focused on behavioral questions, specifically looking for time management and communication skills. Experience with contractors or managing competing stakeholder needs is a plus. It's important to ask about the day-to-day tasks for specific roles, as some are more technical and others are more management-focused. The second round was a 30-minute one-on-one interview with a manager from the team I'd be joining. I actually met with two different managers for 30 minutes each.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty chill interview. We started with some small talk to get to know each other. Then they asked some basic technical questions that you should know if you read up on the role. After that, it was behavioral questions. We wrapped up with a chat where I got to ask about the company and other stuff.
