After applying on the university portal, there was a behavioral interview, then an interview with the manager. The whole process takes a few weeks since they run a lot of interviews. If you get an offer, you'll hear back faster, otherwise, it seems everyone gets rejected after a certain amount of time.

It was a virtual board room style interview with some of the current employees. It was pretty conversational and there was time for Q&A at the end. They asked a lot of behavioural questions and also a few easy technical ones. Overall it was a positive process, and the team was kind and understanding.

The interviewer talked a lot about the job itself, making it feel like a friendly chat. The interview was conducted virtually via Teams. To get ready, just have about five stories prepared that can answer any STAR-based questions they might throw at you, and you'll be fine.
