It was a long process, took around an hour, and a lot of behavioural questions like explaining your background, naming a time when you faced a deadline, naming a time where you had a conflict, and not many technical questions. Nice guys but never got back to me after the interview.

Interview went well. They asked about me and told me a lot about their company. A few tips: Research about TC before you go, have a list of things you like about the company. Prepare your answers for situation-type questions. I believe they are looking for confident answers. They want you to tie your school experiences to personality traits that you would call your skills. Be able to justify your skill.

Excellent process from start to finish. The process consists of three interviews. All three were very professional and the leadership is extremely capable. One interview was with HR and the other two were with leadership positions. They asked me a bit of everything. It is important to them that there is a good fit between the candidate and the company culture, which is excellent.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you describe a time you mediated a dispute between coworkers?
