There were three interviews. First, a phone call with HR, followed by two Zoom interviews with a social media strategist. They were really interested in my personality and enthusiasm. They went over the role responsibilities and gave a quick overview of the company culture.

I was interviewing for their internship program. Took a very long time. Their HR is very slow. First interview was with HR, then they set me up with a client's team, which they did not get to me for 3 weeks after my HR interview. They basically passed the phone around to team a few team members and they asked a few questions. Pretty simple questions about advertising, and mainly laid back feeling. Once that interview was done, HR took another 2 weeks to contact me about being accepted.

The interview was pretty informal, contrary to what they advertised. It had a very social atmosphere. Be very social during your interview; they look for that. Show your personality. They didn't ask any tough questions, only questions about my previous experience. Make sure you know which account you're interested in before you get there.
