I got the interview through the CIEE system and then had a few steps to go through: the first was a cultural fit directly with CIEE. Once I was approved, they called me to talk with the company's HR, where I had a quick conversation for them to get to know me. Then I had an interview with the head of the area, and there I understood what the company needed and how I could help.
