The second one was a deeper dive into technical concepts, your project experience, and knowledge specific to this role. Then there was an HR round to talk about your background, how you communicate, and if you'd fit in with the company.

The interview process at Tavant is quite lengthy and demanding. It began with a recruiter call where I clearly stated my salary expectations. Following that, there were two technical rounds, each lasting an hour, and then a final techno-managerial round, also for an hour. Unfortunately, even after successfully completing all three rounds, the offer was not aligned with my expectations, with only a 10-15% hike proposed. I found this recruitment process to be very disappointing and unprofessional.
