The interview process here is really slow. It took 3 rounds plus an HR round. After discussing package and other details with HR, there was no update for two weeks. When I contacted the recruiter, she said they hadn't received approval from management. These people are irresponsible. If they don't have the budget, why bother with interviews and salary discussions? It's a waste of time. I wouldn't recommend attending interviews with this third-rate organization.

The first round was a good, long discussion about my project management capabilities. Like most IT firms, I heard back after two days. The second round was unexpected; they asked me to do a technical design, which wasn't in the job description at all. If they needed a technical person, the JD should have stated it. I only found out in the second round, which felt like a waste of time. I would have passed if the JD mentioned it.
