I met with the team lead and some other folks on the dev team. Mostly, they asked big-picture and behavioral questions to see how I approach problems and collaborate with others. The whole thing was pretty respectful and professional.

This company felt pretty disorganized from the start. The recruiter was super slow to get back to me, taking over a week to set up a phone screen when they said they'd reply the same week. I wasn't even sure if my onsite was happening because the recruiter didn't reply until the interview day, despite me emailing and calling them beforehand. I first met with a couple of engineers who didn't seem very experienced with interviews. After some basic questions about my background, they gave me a simple Java coding problem. The interviewer interrupted so much I couldn't code or think straight, pretty much guiding me to the answer. One of the other interviewers mentioned she was pulled in last minute to talk to me, even though our meeting was supposed to be scheduled days earlier. The manager kept asking about my criteria for choosing companies, like they were surprised I even had any.

First had a phone screening from a developer followed by an on site interview. Onsite I was asked basic java questions including writing some code on the whiteboard to solve a problem. Interview process was just shy of 4 hours. This could be easily shortened to 1-2 hours.
