Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tatcha.
Manager
The whole process took 5 rounds and spanned 5 weeks, but ultimately no offer was extended. I had to actively pursue feedback, which felt like a complete waste of my time. My strong feeling is that if a panel cannot be scheduled to align with a candidate's availability, the company should not waste the candidate's time. If I wasn't a good fit, it would have been much better to know during the first round rather than waiting until the fifth.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Planning Manager
The interview process was straightforward and professional, with in-depth questions. There were two virtual rounds conducted via Zoom. The hiring manager seemed great, but the workload appeared heavy, with many things still being rolled out for the team.
- What is your experience with planning systems?
Manager
Had a phone call that was pretty simple, mostly to get acquainted before I met with the hiring manager. The team seemed really cool. I didn't end up getting an offer because they said the role was put on hold, which was a bit of a bummer.
- Can you tell me about yourself and how you approach your work?
