Applied through a consultancy and after about 2 weeks got a call for a telephonic interview. After a positive technical discussion, I was asked to come for a face-to-face interview at the TTL office. Two weeks after the F2F interview, I received a call from HR for salary discussion, and then there was no communication for a long time. One day, I received an SMS from the consultancy stating that the mainframe position was on HOLD. It didn't end there. About a month later, TTL HR called again to have another discussion. I accepted his offer. It's been 1 month now with no communication. Had a really bad experience from a brand like TATA.
