Graduate Engineer Trainee
Applied online via LinkedIn or the company website. Then, there was an online test covering aptitude, reasoning, and technical topics. After that, an online interview where they asked about 10 to 15 technical questions, plus some about my introduction and internships. Finally, documents verification and then the offer letter.

Graduate Engineer Trainee
I have a metallurgical background and after clearing a domain-specific test, I was invited for an interview. Upon arriving at the interview location, my documents were verified before I was directed to the relevant panel for the interview.

This was for a summer internship. The process started with an application shortlist and a group discussion happened later.
