The interview started with me introducing myself, including my name, where I'm from, where I live now, my education (schooling, graduation, post-grad studies), my family, and my hobbies. Then they asked why I switched from engineering to an MBA and why I'm focusing on Human Resources. After that, they asked about what I learned during my summer internship, followed by some questions about the internship itself. Finally, they asked if I was open to relocating. The whole thing took about half an hour.
